Few children at the age of nine can describe what they hope to accomplish when they are an adult. In reality, few adults can say their childhood dreams have come true at all, but for Daryle Singletary he’s living the dream and enjoying every second! He knows that he’s “one of the fortunate few” to be where he is today, 10 years after his first record, on his sixth project Rockin’ In The Country, with a successful tour under his belt, and this time around, he’s decided to sing about it!

Daryle attributes his fresh attitude and sound to the changes he has personally experienced while creating this album. “Without my wife Holly, I don’t know where I would be at this point in my life”.

Additional tracks include, “To Do What I Do,” which talks about what he has gone through to get to this point in his career, and how he’s grateful be what he’s always been in his heart—a great country vocalist.

Daryle’s latest project on Koch Records, Rockin’ In The Country features all new songs. “I spent a lot of time on this project, because I wanted it to be the very best representation of who I am vocally and lyrically. I invited a few of my friends that I’ve always admired to come into the studio with me.” The combination of Daryle’s voice, which is often described as one of the best traditional country voices in country music, with special guests Rhonda Vincent and legendary award-winning fiddler and country artist Charlie Daniels produces a sound that will have listeners setting this entire album on repeat!
